Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what LinkedArticles (operated by Ande Media) collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
1. What we collect
Account data: your name and email (via email, Google, or GitHub sign-in). Connection data: access tokens for the blog sources and LinkedIn accounts you connect, used only to read your articles and publish when you choose. Content data: the articles you select and the posts you publish through us. Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store a customer ID and subscription status, never your full card details. Usage data: basic logs and analytics to keep the Service reliable.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, publish content on your instruction, process payments, prevent abuse, and contact you about your account.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run the Service — including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), LinkedIn (publishing), and our AI provider (to generate post drafts). We do not sell your data.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features, the article text you select is sent to our AI provider to generate a draft post. We do not use your content to train models.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any source or LinkedIn account at any time, and request full deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
6. Security
Connections and tokens are stored securely and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
