Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LinkedArticles (the “Service”), operated by Ande Media (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LinkedArticles lets you connect blog sources and republish your articles to LinkedIn, either as-is or rewritten with AI assistance. You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you have the rights to it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email, Google, or GitHub.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect LinkedIn or a blog source, you authorize us to access those accounts only as needed to provide the Service (reading your articles and publishing on your behalf when you choose to). We never post to LinkedIn without an explicit action from you. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn’s own terms.

4. Plans and billing

The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or spam content, to abuse the connected platforms’ APIs, or to attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. AI-generated content

AI features produce drafts as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated post before it is published. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate or suitable for your purposes.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ande Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
